Rooms for the things you can't say anywhere else

Anonymous, by default. No real name, no photo, no reply counts — a post nobody answers should never look like a post that failed.

These aren't open yet, and here is the honest reason

The rooms are built. What isn't finished is the part that matters more: trained moderators, published hours so you know who is awake, and a named clinician they can escalate to when a conversation goes somewhere they can't hold alone.

The posts a room like this actually receives are written at 3am by someone who has told nobody else. Opening it with nobody watching would be the one thing on this site that could genuinely hurt you. So it stays shut until it doesn't.

The rooms, when they open

  • 2am Feeds

For the hours when everyone else is asleep. Say anything. Somebody else is awake and feeding too.

  • The Unsayable

    Held closely

The thoughts you would not say out loud anywhere else. Intrusive thoughts, rage, regret, not feeling it yet.

  • The First Weeks

Newborn fog, healing, feeding, and the shock of it. No question is too small.

  • For Partners

Dads and non-birthing parents — both for supporting her and for your own head.

  • Coming Through

Further out and finding your feet. Treatment, therapy, going back to work, becoming yourself again.

How these rooms work

  • Say the ugly parts. Nobody here will be shocked, and nothing you feel makes you a bad mother.
  • No medical or medication advice to another member — point her at her prescriber instead.
  • What is said here stays here. No screenshots, no reposting, no naming anyone.
  • Never tell a mother she is a bad mother. It is the one thing that removes you immediately.

There are no direct messages and no calls between members, and there will not be until mentors are trained and supervised. Anything private can't be moderated, and a phone number can't be unshared. Group, in the open, or not at all.
